Requirements on your plant

 Click here to see a demonstration video of how a fermentation plant works. Please note that the following requirements must be met for your liquid feed plant to be suitable for fermentation.

• The plant must be at least 30 metres from the pens

• You must only use pure ingredients

• You must ensure one-way flow – in the pipelines, too – so that nothing returns to the mixing tank

• It must be possible to operate batch fermentation

• It must be possible to add vitamins and minerals in the feeding tank

• It must be possible to add more protein or grain in the feeding tank to match the feed to each group of animals.
