A bit about us
FERMENTATIONEXPERTS was founded by Jens and Lone Legarth and is based in Denmark (in Bække, near Vejen). We are the leading experts in fermented by-products and fermented liquid feed for pigs. We are working constantly to develop innovative products for the agriculture of the future.
Our mission is to spread fermentation to more and more farming operations both in Europe and the United States. We believe that this is good for the environment, for health and for your bottom line. Danish know-how in the field of pig production in general – and fermentation of feed in particular – is unique, and we want to spread the benefits to farmers in other countries. We have consultants in Europe and North America, and our range of activities is constantly developing – both in Denmark and abroad.
